GET VISA-READY.
ANSWER THE CALL.

We help professional mixed martial artists obtain U.S. work visas — P-1A as internationally recognized athletes, O-1A for champions — to fight on American cards, including Legacy Fighting Alliance events. The road to a major U.S. contract runs through American developmental cards, and fighters from Brazil and around the world take that road every season. When the call comes, the fighters who answer it are the ones whose paperwork was already done. Send us your record, and we map the category that fits it before you book a flight.

HOW IT WORKS FOR FIGHTERS

1

SUBMIT YOUR RECORD

Name, country, pro record, titles, the card or date you're targeting. Two minutes. Your inquiry goes straight to our legal team, and you get a written recap by email.

2

WE MAP YOUR VISA

P-1A or O-1A — based on your record, not guesswork. The U.S. cards you plan to fight become the itinerary; a proper petitioner structure — a promotion, a manager, or an agent-petitioner — is set up so the filing stands on solid ground.

3

TAKE THE FIGHT

Petition filed and, when a fight date is tight, premium processing gets USCIS to decide in weeks. Visa in hand — you make the walk, you fight, you get paid. Legally.

THE HONEST READ, BEFORE YOU SPEND A DOLLAR

Developmental cards are where careers are made — and where visa mistakes end them. The P-1A turns on international recognition: a real pro record, titles or rankings in recognized competition, press with your name in it. A strong national or regional champion with documented results usually has a case; a 3-0 prospect with no paper trail usually doesn't yet — and we'll tell you which one you are before you spend money on a filing. The O-1A is the higher bar — sustained acclaim, multiple evidence categories — and fits champions and veterans, not first-year pros. Fighting for a purse on a visitor visa is how fighters lose more than a fight — it can poison every future filing. If a promoter told you "just fly in," talk to us first. And if your record isn't there yet, we tell you that too — that's what the visa check is for.

Thinking about fighting on a visitor visa? B-1/B-2 rules around competing for a purse are narrow, technical and unforgiving — a denied entry at the airport can cost you the fight and poison future filings. If that's your current plan, tell us in the form and we'll give you the straight answer on where the line is.

WHY US

Proof, not promises — our practice in one paragraph.

COMBAT SPORTS ARE THE PRACTICE

More than a decade of P-1A, O-1A and EB-1A petitions for world-class competitors — including champions across MMA, boxing and bare-knuckle fighting — with published casework on our main site.

PETITIONER STRUCTURE, SOLVED

A petition needs a U.S. petitioner. A promotion can petition its signings — and for fighters booked card-to-card, our agent-petitioner structure (through Aventus Visa Agents) covers competition across multiple U.S. events.

HONEST CASE STRATEGY

We grade your record against the actual criteria before you commit. If P-1A fits now and O-1A needs a title run first, that is exactly what you'll hear — in writing.
